To get this Poke, trade a Slowpoke (Not holding any items) with Kingdra, Nidoking, Kingler, Seaking, and Slaking first, then make it hold a King's Rock and trade it with a LV255 MissingNo.

Another way to get this Poke would be to level up a Slowpoke with King's Rock in a battle against MissingNo. while Kingdra, Nidoking, Kingler, Seaking, and Slaking are in the party. Which just happens to fill up the party with six. I think this makes more sense. They fuse into one.
