Good, quite nice.
The colouring is perfect and the scale of the character's legs, body, arms and head are very neat. Facial expressions are common, yet clear. Colour groups are a fine match and the character design is smart.

There seem to be a very, very pale wing in the background. It's rahter hard to spot but it's there. Hmmm...
Besides that, there are a few complaints. The first one is the small exposed part of skin the "angel"'s clothing has expose, below her boob and close to her waist. It seems... chubby.

Second one are her feet. They are positioned to align with the leg, seems very weird. It would look better if her feet are relaxed.

Finally, her legs. It seems that they're leaning towards the right a little, the clothing shows no sign of her turning her waist, so I believe they are positioned so through the muscles of her thigh.

At first sight, this is a stunning picture. Spotted no mistakes or flaws derserve pointing out. Which is incredible.
I'm a nit-picking critic. Ah well...
