hm, the shape of the face is a bit weird, and the clothes seem odd too. Thats what I think is off about the picture. Though you can't call it bad at all, some stuff just could have been done better.

The weird look comes from the clothes. Check out the collar of her shirt, it has a perfect curve, even though it should be lying flat, same with the bottom of her shirt, it just kinda floats in the air. Her waistband looks like it is completely lose and doesn't fit to her at all. Also, I think the shoulder/neck might be just slightly off. A cute picture, but a few subtle oddities.
