I'm not so certain about Saber winning against Signum. Saber is a very powerful but limited character. She has the excalibur that is the most powerful sword ever known but her mana is very limited and also she can only fight in close range, except if she uses her Noble Phantasm, but she can't spams hers like Gil does with the Gate of Babylon. Signum otherwise can fly transform Levantain from Sword to Snake Form at free will to fight close or long range and the final form of Levantein, Storm Falcon, can be used to pierce through the strongest of barriers and shields. And diferent from Saber Signum can refill her mana with the cartridge system. And if Signum does unison with Agito or Rein her power level and mana can increase substancially.
