Agreed. Those black pants, black cloth belt and yellow shirt sure seems like Ryouga's usual outift. Also, they seem to be in a tent, so I think this whole pic refers to that whole Magic Fishing Rod of Love episode where Ranma got tagged by it and tried to seduce Ryouga.

It looks like he's taking her up on that, hrm, offer this time around.
