What is a KV-2 (the tank) doing in Gensokyo? I know Remilia's mansion was moved in from Europe, but that tank is WWII era...So did the Scarlet household move in the last 50 years or so?

Anything that falls into the realm of illusionary ends up in Gensokyo. Just look at Kurendaou. (Most KV-2s have ceased to exist in our world.)

The part in katakana defiantly says 'Scarlet' but I can't place the kanji. I do know it's not: Devil, mansion, tank, weapon, property, fort, gun, machine, or vehicle (along with a long list of other possibilities)
