For those of you who don't know, Kyuubey grants wishes. In exchange, the one who made the wish (always a young girl) becomes a magical girl who fights witches.

Sounds great, right? Wrong. Witches are just corrupted former magical girls, and as the new magical girls fight them and 'eat' the grief seeds left behind in order to fuel their powers (and not die, I think?) Kyubey sits in the background and absorbs al of the extraneous emotion.

Basically, Kyubey ruins the lives of lolis. Thus people hate it.
