Because its a relic who happens to be red maybe? who knows.For me he looks like a Veteran,but he could also be captain.

But aside from that: i hate Ultramarines.
They are on every fucking cover,even on GWs Homepage.
Good thing i play Black Templars/Crimson fists.Childern of Dorn are the best,fuck Ultramarines.

Anon 4 I agree with you, but I prefer Blood angels to any other chapters. The sons of Sanguinius have some of the most badass characters ever: Tycho and Mephiston...
