That finger obscuring part of the kanji is making this a tad more difficult than it needs to be. Plus I can't seem to find that third kanji or its meaning. I've tried compensating for it by trying a few different kanji combinations, but nothing good comes up. Perhaps someone with a greater knowledge in Japanese could be of some assistance? I think either the resources I have at hand are either lacking or I just keep missing it.
