Not to mention it's MONKEY D. Dragon and GOL D. Roger, different last names. But, I think the artist got Dragon's smile wrong, he should've had that cocky smile from when he first showed up in the show at Loguetown.

I think Luffy is like Gol. D Roger cuz of the whole will of D thing. I believe it has something to do with inheriting will cuz they mentioned something like that once before I am sure.

When Luffy claimed Ace to be his brother, I actually believed them to be biological. I mean, both have dark hair,eat alot, and sometimes Luffy even looks like Ace. Then when I found out Dragon was Luffy's dad then things just got questionable. (Seeing as how Luffy is more like a young Roger)
