Where is Setsuna? I only see Haruka/Sailor Uranus and Hotaru Tomoe/Sailor Saturn..

They aren't blushing. They are in a steam room, and the stated temperature says 96 degrees Celsius. Water at sea level boils at 100 degrees Celsius. They are literally cooking.
