We are currently in an interesting situation with Cloudflare. They have just affirmed, on the record, as having implemented policy that permanently outsources all final decisions on the legality or acceptability of U.S. hosted, First Amendment protected content to FSM-Hotline Germany. A foreign entity that is applying German law onto content in the USA. Retweet if you can. We need to make a little noise.
