I don't know why I'm bothering to respond to a five year old comment, but the translation is correct. "チＯポには" is something like "at the cock" or "to the cock" (or, well, "to the c$ck", the circle is a censored character). This means that the two phrases put together mean something like "I didn't win at the cock", or alternately "I couldn't win against the cock" or "I lost to the cock" if you're trying to translate it competently instead of imitating google translate.
