Their boobs are wrong size, again. It's the most common mistake with these characters. Stocking is supposd to have bigger boobs than Panty.

It's true. I just started watching this last night and it was one of the first things I noted about the character designs. They compensate for Panty's overt sluttiness by giving Stocking the bigger titties.
