^Stop being a dick about it, it's the same difference. It's just that Gomu Gomu no [attack] is the Japanese way and Gum Gum [attack] is the American way. If we want to say Gum Gum instead of Gomu Gomu no, nothing's stopping us!

Plus, Gum Gum [attack] is shorter than saying Rubber Rubber [attack].
