I think that the shiny Chillarmy is put in to a dream state by White & Makomo and it has i nightmare about non-shiny Chillarmy thinking it looks like a shiny Hypno. It then wakes up non-shiny, But this is a dream too and White saw the whole lame thing

I think that Shiny Pokemon are make fun of by their peers for being "different" and sought out to be trophies by many "collecters" so they dream of being normal.
