The original pic of this scene does not show him actually fucking her. The edit as seen above is just the "removal" of Kirino's skirt between her legs and right next to Kyousuke's shirt, thus making it appear that they are in the midst of coitus.

A very nice edit, though censoring NUDE pics are not cool, adding the censor for this edited pic was a brilliant idea as it totally makes them look like they've just been caught having sex.
