I mean, really, look at the paint on the face. The other one has it pointing down, this one has it pointing out.

Theres no mustache lmao. She's merely pouting out her lips. That's just the shadow of the angle. (Using a large moniter but the resolutions clear enough to make it out). As for being chubby (lol?) consider the angle of the pic (we're looking down at her) + the fact that her upper thighs are compressed against her body (which are going to make the shorts pull into the skin even if ones nearly starved to death) If thats not enough..consider the swell of her arm, perfectly slim (typically, at least some body fat on a curvier girl is distributed there).
