Nearly everything magic in Nasuverse that "normal" magic-using humans HASN'T come up with is OP somehow. Gae Bolg is completely unavoidable once activated, it warps space and causality to accomplish this, Ea "creaks witht the force of tectonic movement", which, by the way, far surpasses the energy of modern nuclear weapons, and the True Ancestors are nearly invincible powerhouses, and Millennia-old dragons are akin to aircraft carriers loaded with planes carrying tactical nukes in comparison to a normal human.

For humanity, Nasuverse is a terrible and dangerous place indeed.
