Actually, more than HIM being gay, this seems to imply he knows most characters/villians are gay FOR HIM...so he's taking advantage of that.

Im not surprised really. It was pretty obvious that a least Piccolo, Vegeta, Cell and Broly wanted a piece of that. Vegeta in particular is the biggest Tsundere in existence.
