Sauna tag removed. Finnish sauna is quite different from Japanese onsen: hot water of volcanic origin is non-existent in Finland.

That's not even mentioning the fact that a Sauna isn't even a bath but a wooden steam room/shack (whether room or shack depends on location and technology used) so the only water involved is the water poured atop the hot coals on occasion to create steam.
