Interesting...
As I can't read japanese, it can be just a trainer trying to put his ruins legendaries in the small cup.

But getting them from the ruins in Pokémon Platinum takes a lot of effort and time, so I think it's making fun of people who cheat to get "perfect" pokémon and can't enter official tourneys and stuff because they recognize illegal pokémon.
