She's Inafune's candidate to be the new heroine in MegaMan Legends 3. I liked the designs from Ryuji Higurashi and Sensei Haruki Suetsugu.

Yeah, I just have character_request because we don't have a placeholder name for her, same as the others. My preference is Yoshikawa's (girl with white robe and hood, and cool goggles), because it's fuck yeah awesome.
