Iunno if I'd call Chicago style deep dish 'pizza', per se. Delicious? Absolutely. But maybe not technically pizza.

I realize this is just being nitpicky on what to call it more than anything, but that's really I can say. Otherwise it's just a lot of cheese and sauce and seasoning and whatnot that we all love on a pizza, just not technically in something that's flat like a pizza genuinely is. More like a bowl of crust to hold all the good stuff in.
