It has not been confirmed whether Zoro has lost an arm or not. We will definitely know by the 600th chapter... however I'm pretty sure that both Zoro and Franky will make an appearance in the next week's release.
It may seem like Zoro is missing an arm, but it could be just the angle and the way it was drawn. Many are inclined to believe it is still there... so please do not jump to conclusions and discuss such questionable topics with such arrogance, as if you know 100% that he is missing an arm. The fact that there are those who think he isn't missing an arm suggests that the matter is yet unclear.
Whatever the situation is with Zoro's arm... I trust Oda. He never seizes to amaze me... never fails to impress me... he is by far my favourite mangaka. I am sure Oda even drew the arm like that in ORDER to troll the fans a little. Seems like it's working. :3 A little dose of trollage can be healthy [-looks at Kubo- NO! NOT OVERKILL TROLLING!].
Anyway... forgive me for this long essay. But until the matter of Zoro's arm has been clarified, please avoid discussing it. As some of you might already know... on various other sites, forums and threads people have went into hour long arguments over Zoro's arm. It is just a waste of everyone's life. We've made it this far... nearly chapter 600.... why not trust him? Whatever he does next, I know it's going to be epic and far better than any of us could ever come up with. :3

If Zoro lost his arm how would he be able to continue wielding three swords? He needs all six for Ashura. :P

Sparktehfox, Robin x Franky is never going to happen so he can have whatever hands he wants.
