Either an early model AM-74 or an AKM, judging by the ridges on the top.

Looks like it could be an AKM or AK-74. Hard to tell because the mag in the gun looks like an AK-47 mag (they did make bakelite AK47 mags), while the one on the floor looks like an AK-74 mag.

Also... LOL THE SAFETY IS ON.
