Great Picture, but Victini isn't missingno. Missingno only exists in the nationdex so the regionaldex has it's own range. Because Victini is No 000 in regionaldex, it's number in the nationaldex is 494 right after 493 (Arceus).

@Pen: but it has the number 000 for a reason, don't you think it's odd that after 5 gens, they thought: "Hey! let's add in a number 000" it gives a man power to think of shit outta the ordinairy.

OBJECTION! Not all of Victini's fingers are orange! The orange is supposed to only cover the index and middle fingers, and the thumbs! Thus forming the "V for Victory" sign!
...least, that's how the in-game sprite looks to me...
