My guess is Morrigan-Mode Lilith (Morrigan in Lilith's body), the other half of Lilith-Mode Morrigan (Lilith in Morrigan's body) from Marvel vs Capcom.

Lilith is the "good side" of Morrigan, so technicaly she is Morrigan too.

And they are from Darkstalkers (Vampire in Japan), but appears in Marvel vs Capcom.

YUKI.N, while Lilith is part of Morrigan, she was never called the 'good side', hell, some of her win quotes are actually Crueler then Morrigan's.
However, both Morrigan & Lilith are 'neutral', but lean towards 'good'.
