@Anon. 533803: You are aware Family Guy's been on for years and years with some episodes ranging in a timespan of weeks to months, and none of the characters have aged despite some episodes lapsing over a year in time-frame. The issue isn't Ash's age. The issue with this is that Misty is from the Games and that Ash is from the show. Characters in the games aged by three years from the Gen. 1 Kanto to the Gen 2 Johto. So there's a dimensional paradox/continuum error in this picture.
I will agree that Ash should be like in his late 20s by now. Since Dawn and May got their pokemon at 10 and Ash had had his for several years by that time. But that aside, this image is wrong because that Misty is game Misty who was merely a gym leader and only met Red, not Ash.
