well later in season 2 new villains appear to challenge the ninja turtles well shredder also get mutated and a new threat named Karamus becomes the new main antagonist . she is a demon summoned from hell . she wants to destroy the turtles and take control of the universe. she also wants splinter dead and all turtles become her slaves. she also wants April and dr. Kirby o Neil to make her a gateway and escape killing all living things and turning the earth into a wasteland.
