That legendary is Fucked beyond reason right now...
from the looks of it its suffering from being badly poisoned by that Nidorino and it took its attention away from that the Sizzor that was being a distraction for the epic level even to use take down. the legend still thinks it has a chance so its gonna try to hyper beam the Eevee but we can see that it will be incinerated by Ninetales before it can stop the deadly take-down from a basic epic normal type pokemon.

No, no it makes sense! Eevee is a Normal-type--it is immune to Ghost-type attacks, and Giratina is a Dragon/Ghost! So that is a fair bit of Giratina's arsenal stopped--and if I remember correctly, Giratina's most awesome attack is a Ghost-type. Eevee can learn a few elemental attacks with TMs.

Furthermore, Giratina is weak against Dark-type attacks--and Eevee can learn Bite naturally.

Eevee can also learn shadow ball. Super Effective against ghost types
