it basically just means that the character(s) are doing things that they normally wouldn?t do. It usually means that things you won?t find in the real world commonly are common or perceived as normal in the world. I?ve seen it a lot with the mind control, unaware, and hypnotic/hypnotizing tag so ig you could also associate it with those lol.
