How many times did she die? 4? Or 3? One was cut as the one where she got stabbed by Grievous wasn't canon, yet there's a cut scene where she was stabbed by Anakin when Order 66 was in progress, as she somehow did not sense fellow Jedi dying nor hear hundreds of blaster shots.

Maybe in some animation or cartoon, Yoda had a vision where a blue saber cut her down.

Perhaps, this one, is canon instead, knowing she can take on a different kind of saber and live on.
