They're not perfect for each other, they're both sadists. It's like trying to stick together the positive sides of two different magnets.
Actually, for a personality match, Sougo and Sa-chan would be perfect for each other. That includes her obsession with Gin. Sougo's such an ultimate sadist, that being given a broken toy won't be any fun, he's going to want to break it himself.
