Now it is hentai, so logic doesn't really apply here, but that beer would be shooting out so fast from the pressure there would be more bubbles than liquid in that glass. Also, that tap must be massive on the inside for the same pressure to not fire it across the room.
On the plus side if you put a point on it she could play darts with her ass.
