Sorry, but musashi may be a great swordsman, but he doesn't slay giant ass monsters/demons on a daily basis.
Unless he chopped off his head on the first blow, he'd die. Lets not forget the inability to block with his sword.

You can't really compare the two. Musashi lives in a version of our world, basically fighting other humans and still strugges with many of them.
Guts lives in a world filled with demons, beasts and demi-gods, and is without a doubt the most powerful human in that world. In fact, he seems to have surpassed his human limits with quite a large margin, and is taking on fate itself, being able to consistently take down armies of demons by himself on a regular basis. Add the power of the armor to that, and Musashi would be vaporized in seconds.
