as well, though I haven't been keeping up with one piece lately, just because it doesn't happen in the anime doesn't mean it hasn't happened in the manga. the manga almost always comes first, and certain companies like to censor the fuck out of anime, especially if your watching US dubs (one piece is a prime example for these facts)

Inazume can change his/her own gender. As a man he keeps his glasses down and fights with his scissor powers while being mute. As a woman she is cheery and helpful.
