You should look up K-ON on Wikipedia, especially the 'game' section of it, I remember seeing something similar to a guitar hero game mentioned there.

@anon3: If there's one K-On song that'll ever show up in either of those game series, it's DEFINITELY "No, Thank You!" No other alternatives that I can see (well, "Love" by Death Devil might be a good candidate as well).
