That doujin is super old when Neptunia got introduced. The doujin artist Yuu Room/Beya was about to promote Noire's first doujin then scrapped it due to financial issues, the doujin staff said he needs to pay up. In the end, he stopped doing Neptunia and his favorite characters are Cave and Falcom.
