Summing up:
There's a scene in Yotsubato! manga where Fuuka gets stuck like that.
It inspired a scene in a hentai doujin "Pretty Neighbor" where Koiwai "use" this situation to his "advantages", and a flash game (link posted above) where you "use" this situation to your "advantages".
