Well according to the description about her having many trait oif other monster. I have identify thee so far.
Snakelower half - Lamia
Vine and flower on hair - Alraune
Tatoo - Amazoness (I think)
White hair and blueskine - yukionna

This image also doesn't show the tentacle mouth she has under her skirt thing.

Also her tail can open up and turn into another kind of mouth. Also her hands can transform into black tentacles.

And she can fly, which is what she was doing before she meets the main character. She is indeed quite the monster.
