If you actually followed the series, during the Freiza saga, the armour changed with body size, no reason why Boly's clothing would do the same. Problem solved.

Actually the Banner's pants do tear and get ripped when he transforms.

The only way they'd ever completely be torn off is if he got an erection at the same time he Hulk'd out....

broly's body literally explodes from the inside when transforming instead of expanding like ultra ssj, reason why hes skin cooler is lighter and how hes body looks like its cracking when hes about to lose.

so maybe like hes new skin and body size the clothes also get replace.

Doesn't explain why his clothes are ripped in the exact same place nor why he still has that chest wound Goku gave him from their last encounter if he does indeed explode into a new body. Broly doesn't literally explode, his aura MAKES it look like he did, the energy explosion covered the fact his body does bulk up.
