It's as Darknight910 said. The only reason she's marked loli is cause she LOOKS pre-pubescent. No matter how old Etna actually is (*Cough* 1473 *Cough*) The fact of the matter is she still LOOKS like a child of like 12...ish. And on an semi-related note, she does have some immature moments. (While not as bad as Laharl or Mao but still.) But she's an adult...in my book.
