Indeed the outfit is cute, and so is the subject. The outfit makes no sense though, then again, I'm used to it being much colder here in the winter, so it's safe to say, I wouldn't wear that here... well maybe in the early spring when suddenly 30-50 degrees(F) is suddenly really warm.

Regardless of whether Poju is a girl or guy, he/she/perhaps even they, make(s) the cutest pictures!

See he is just trying to make it to his friends house to read comics with him, prolly dressed like that to make said friend catch 'interest'. Him falling in is just result of having your mind in too many places while walking. Also of being adorable.
