Wasn't expecting to see another Fuuka image; certainly not this year.
It's too bad she's just an anime-only filler character. I'll admit she is underrated among female antagonists in the Naruto series, and being an alluring pulchritudinous femme-fatale (at least, not counting her true form) only helps in performing her job as an assassin.
...Alas, she was killed at the end of the same filler-arc she was introduced in. Though I doubt her "execution by kiss" chakra-draining technique would ever actually work against many of the later villains (much less "sage" chakra-powered characters).
