Likely players' characters from World of Warcraft. The storyline is along the lines that the female elf is too grief-stricken to defend herself against the dragon because the dragon was a friend that was mind-controlled (Third panel is a flashback of the dragon's humanoid form). Then the other elf comes in to keep the girl from getting chomped. The character in the last panel is an Undead Rogue, and taking a guess, he was slashing/stabbing at the dragon in the 2nd-last panel.

It is Keristrasza from the instance Nexus. She had been forced to become Malygos' consort against her will and so because of it caused her to go mad. You are given the quest to go and save her from herself by killing her when she was the one that helped you deal a blow to Malygos by killing his consort.
