A decensor of an animated gif is not as easy as a still.

It isn't impossible though.

I mentioned on another image a long time ago that some flash videos and games actually separate the data of their videos and images and make the censor bars or blobs with separate data.

If Kate Sai also does this, someone who knows how to edit HEX data could remove the censorship.

I'm afraid their pixelated though... so that probably isn't possible.
