@deepbaba actually, it is legal in some places. In some areas of the US, its explicitly legal for women to go topless. In others, they might try to ban it under "indecent exposure" laws. But having a topless guy who DOESNT get harassed by cops would open them up to lawsuits. Laws must be enforced uniformly or not at all.

Coming here late: toplessness is legal a lot of places, also this is San Fran which has dudes in the Castro going all-but-naked for the tourists to gawk at, and stuff like the Folsom Street Fair which has naked folks and even people fucking in public sometimes. Also SF has nude beaches nearby, gotta love the Left Coast
