That's a slippery slope no law enforcing institution is willing to thread. After all, vast majority of artists depict characters they do not own and capitalize on that, same does whoever set up the AI. I myself support several artists, but I'm not against the AI either. Will have every one willing to make money out of it do their very best, or otherwise risk not earning jack shit, as it should be.
