That looks kind of like a wallet Glenn's holding. I can only assume this is supposed to be a depiction of the scene when you first get to Termina where Glenn and Riddel are visiting Dario and Garai's grave, and they want Serge's bellflower to put on the grave, and you have the option of selling it to them. Why everyone, including Dario and Garai's ghosts, is freaking out over Glenn getting out his wallet is beyond my understanding though.
